BOOKING POLICIES:
**All Scheduled Appointments for Mobile Spa Services Require a Valid Major Credit Card and Expiry Date.
**All Booked Appointments Require a Full 24 Hrs Notice For Any Cancellation Reason (prior to scheduled appointment date & time).
**Any & All Confirmed Services Canceled or Changed Without 24 Hours Prior Notice will be Charged the Full Service Rate. This Policy is for Both Individual & Group Spa Parties.
**If for any reason a client is not ready upon our arrival, there will be a mandatory waiting fee (after the first 15 mins at no charge) of $30.00 per additional 15 mins. For any waiting period of over 45 minutes, the appointment will be considered canceled and will need to be rescheduled. No exceptions will be made.
**A 50% Deposit Will Be Charged for All Spa Parties Outside of Calgary, & Travel Fee May Apply.
**If a client wishes to have services cont’d past our regular business closing time of 9pm, a surcharge will apply of $100/hour on top of any regular spa service charges. This fee will automatically be applied.
